JAMMU: Police seized a drone that was found entangled in a tree in the Akhnoor area on Jammu's city's outskirts Saturday.
Personnel from Garkhal post on routine patrol discovered the drone in Fattu Kotli village around 8.45am. "The team brought the drone to the police post and, on checking, found a thermal payload attached to it," cops said.
A thermal payload mounted on drones usually refers to a thermal camera that can detect and visualise heat, rather than visible light. Police said an investigation was under way.
