Jaipur: A 42-year-old businessman died by suicide Friday morning by jumping from the 14th floor of the Royal Green Society apartment building on Sirsi Road in the city. He left behind a detailed suicide note accusing a Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officer, Mukta Rao, of withholding payments for work done at her flat.
The deceased, Bharat Kumar Saini, owner of Gaurav Designing, alleged in his note that financial distress caused by the non-payment drove him to take the extreme step.
