What are the facts?: The video could be traced back to at least January of this year, which predates the recent earthquake in Bangkok.

What led us to the truth?: On conducting a reverse image search on the keyframes of the viral clip, we came across the same visuals posted on an named '@stat.us.ai'.

This clearly indicated the visuals predate the recent earthquake that hit Bangkok.
