A couple on made a very costly mistake on Wednesday's episode. Presenting sibling duo were back at the helm of the property renovation show as they headed to to see if they could help make a hindrance into a home.

However, the home was in a right state, with the windows and roof needing to be replaced. To make matters worse, it turned out that the buyers had made one very costly mistake - they had not had a survey of the property done before purchasing the property.
While the camera panned to a crumbling, black wall, the homeowner explained that they had received some positive news about the state of the house. He said: "We've had the damp that we found in the kitchen assessed. It's old markings and the wall is dry. No dramas, thank goodness."
