Retail giant Boots is giving shoppers the chance to save 25% on a selection of hair and beauty buys. The promotion includes a skincare product loved by none other than Ruth Langsford.
The fashion lover and QVC ambassador has been regularly sharing her skincare routine and she mentioned that is her go-to pamper treat. Boasting a high 4.7-star rating, the gentle exfoliator is now reduced to £24 at Boots, down from £32.
In a post shared to Instagram, Ruth could be seen applying the product on her face as she cosied up in a star-printed bath robe. She wrote: "Bit of pamper time this morning - my fave skin polish."
With fruit enzyme AHAs and ultra-fine powdered pumice, the product physically buffs away tired surface cells and dissolves skin-dulling particles in five minutes. It has a creamy texture that is enriched with moisturising shea butter and healing rosehip oil, to leave skin nourished. For a true at-home spa sensation, it has a relaxing neroli scent and 98% of consumers said their skin felt.
One shopper shared: "Makes your skin a tad red whilst using but this soon disappears with a cool splash of water. My skin takes ages to renew and shed cells so this is making a difference to my skin type."
Another was amazed at the quality: "The creaminess with the weeny, sandy 'grit' is superb, the best exfoliator I have ever used. on my skin. I have used the Liz Earle exfoliator for years and been very happy with it, but now my skin is older, this is up a level."
Elsewhere, £24, is another favourite among skincare fans. It contains real wild strawberries, grapeseed oil, plum seed oil and brown sugar to buff away dry skin and reveal brighter complexion. For those looking for super fine granules, , £44, is a hard-working face scrub with fine powder to refine skin texture.
One Liz Earle shopper said of the Superskin Polish: "This is a lifesaver. Works a treat and leaves skin smooth and bright. Some exfoliators are harsh on skin but this is gentle but does the job."
Another wrote: "This product is amazing, I could not believe the difference in my skin, it felt smooth and I had a lovely glow, I had so many compliments about how radiant my skin looked, even my foundation looks and feels so much better on my skin."
A third said: "Even on the first use I was amazed at how incredibly smooth it left my skin afterwards. Glowing! Easy to use and great results already."
But some were not big fans of the neroli scent and one shared: "I find it difficult to wash off as it's very fine. However, presume it's early days yet so shall persevere."
The is available at Boots online for £24.
