Dunelm's 'striking' £35 wall art getting 'lots of compliments'

Dunelm shoppers are heaping praise on a "stunning" piece of wall art they've been snapping up online. The retailer is well known for it's affordable homeware and there may be a new favourite piece.

The is priced at £35. It features a wire design of coastal birds in a matt black finish.

The wall art has an overall rating of 4.8 stars online, having racked up rave reviews from impressed shoppers. Among them, one person said: "Very effective wall art. ."

A second shopper wrote: "Great piece of wall art at a great price. Lovely piece of wall art for our hall wall, " A third added: "Elegant sturdy & stylish piece of art work that looks eye catching!"

A fourth excited shopper said: "We live on the coast so this was a perfect find! Lightweight but very well made. Easy to put up but no screws supplied. Looks great in entrance hallway. Casts lovely shadows on the wall when lights are on. Have received many compliments."

However, some shoppers were less impressed with the product. One person said: "Had to repaint my outside wall due to the paint flaking off and rusting down the wall."

A second added: "I’ve has this just under a year and it really suits my coastal garden but it is already staring to flake and rust. I’ve had it in a sheltered spot but obviously this winter has been wet. For the money it’s not bad value at all but won’t last like other pieces do."
