There is a lot of excitement among the audience about Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi's upcoming film 'Jolly LLB 3'. It is considered to be the biggest film of this franchise. However, even before the release of the film, some lawyers expressed their displeasure over it, and the matter reached the court. A petition was filed in the Allahabad High Court against the song 'Bhai Vakeel Hai' of the film. Along with this, a petition was also filed to stop the release of the film. Which has been rejected by the court for now.

Nothing objectionable in the film
Petitions were filed in the Allahabad High Court to stop the release of the film regarding the song 'Bhai Vakeel Hai' of 'Jolly LLB 3' and alleging that the film defames the judiciary and the legal profession. Hearing these petitions, the division bench of Justice Sangeeta Chandra and Justice Brij Raj Singh of the Allahabad High Court refused to stop the release of the film. The bench clearly stated that they did not find anything objectionable in the lyrics of the song or the trailer or teaser of the film that could defame the legal fraternity, as claimed by both the petitioners. Therefore, the release of the film cannot be stopped.
The petitioners had given this argument.
The petitioners, in their petition, had requested the court to stop the release of 'Jolly LLB 3', remove its song 'Bhai Vakeel Hai', cancel the CBFC certification and apologize to the makers for allegedly portraying lawyers and the judiciary in a wrong way. It was said on behalf of the petitioners that the promos of the film reduce the dignity of lawyers and discourage students from joining this profession. However, the Allahabad High Court said that it did not find anything objectionable in the song or the trailer and dismissed their petition. After this, the way for the release of Akshay Kumar's film has been cleared.

The film will be released on September 19
Directed by Subhash Kapoor, 'Jolly LLB 3' is the third part of the hit courtroom comedy drama franchise. Apart from Akshay Kumar and Arshad Warsi, Saurabh Shukla and Huma Qureshi will also be seen in lead roles in the film. The film will be released in theaters on September 19.
