4. Now you have to enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number here and captcha code for security.
5. After this you will receive OTP on your registered mobile number, after filling which you have to proceed.
6. Now the history of Aadhaar will open in front of you. You have to check the history of Aadhaar by setting the filter.
7. You can select dates for the filter. After this, you will get information on the next page about where your Aadhaar card has been used on that date.
If you see any entry in the history of your Aadhaar card which has not been made by you, then it is possible that your Aadhaar has been misused.

1. First of all go to UIDAI.
2. After this click on My Aadhaar.
