Bihar Public Service Commission is going to conduct the 70th main examination on 25 April 2025. The commission has already released the admit card for the examination. Candidates who have not yet downloaded their admit card can download it by visiting the official website of BPSC . This time BPSC has also given an exemption to the candidates, about which the commission has recently issued a notice.

According to the notice, the commission has allowed the use of an ordinary calculator during the General Studies Paper I to be held on 28 April 2025. Apart from this, candidates can also use a scientific calculator for Mathematics and Statistics paper on 30 April 2025. However, the use of a calculator will not be allowed during the optional subject paper to be held in the first shift on 29 April 2025.

Apart from this, in another notice, the commission said that the photos and signatures of some candidates uploaded to the online application are unclear and blank. These candidates will have to ensure that they submit the prescribed documents/evidence before the center superintendent by 25 April 2025, so that there is no problem in giving the exam.

Which documents/evidence are necessary?

Candidates will have to fill out the declaration form available on the commission's website bpsc.bihar.gov.in and paste a color photograph attested by a gazetted officer at the prescribed place and sign in Hindi and English at the prescribed place.

Candidates will have to paste one of the two color photographs attested by a gazetted officer near the place mentioned in their e-admit card and the other photo will be posted in the office copy of the e-admit card in front of the center superintendent of the respective examination.

Candidates will have to bring the Aadhar card/PAN card/driving license given in the online application for proof of identity.

Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall only after the center superintendent verifies all the documents and photographs received from the candidates.

First of all, go to the official website of BPSC bpsconline.bihar.gov.in.

Then log in with your username and password.

After that click on Download admit card.

Take a printout of the hall ticket for further need.

When will the exam be held?

BPSC 70th Main Exam will be held on 25 April, 26 April, 28 April, 29 April and 30 April 2025. Candidates who pass this exam will then be called for an interview. After that, the merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the main exam and interview. This exam is being conducted for a total of 2035 posts.
