BPSC Assistant Professor Recruitment 2025: Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released a recruitment advertisement for 1711 Assistant Professor posts. These recruitments will be done for various departments in medical colleges and hospitals of Bihar. The special thing is that a written examination will not be conducted in this recruitment process. Candidates will be selected based on educational qualifications and interviews.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website of BPSC from 8 April 2025. The last date of application is 7 May 2025.

In the recruitment released by BPSC, Assistant Professors will be recruited for 25 different departments. Of these, the highest number of posts is for the departments of Anesthesiologist (125), Medicine (120), Gynecology and Obstetrics (120), and Pediatrics (106). Qualification and Age Limit

For these posts, candidates must have an MD/MS/DNB/MDS degree in the relevant field. Also, they must have at least three years of experience as a senior resident or tutor in a medical college.

Reserved Category: 48 years

Selection Process
There will be no written exam in this recruitment. Selection will be done based on marks in academic qualification and marks obtained in the interview. Apart from this, the candidates' MD/MS, PhD, and work experience in the government sector will also be evaluated.

Application Fee
Candidates have to pay the application fee online, which is Rs 100 for the general category and Rs 25 for SC/ST of Bihar state.
